The Society of Asian Food Studies

 

For over 13 years, a group of people interested in food studies, especially the cultural dimension, have been organizing communities to share their knowledge and update the food trend worldwide. This year, we agreed to strengthen our goal even further by announcing the first International Conference of the Society of Asian Food Studies (counting as the 14th conference in the series). The aim is to bring food scholars around ASIA together and collaborate in future.
